RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are non-refundable and valid for exchange only.

Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Returns address below within 5 days from the date of delivery. The exchange credit amount will include the amount paid by you plus any original shipping charge paid by you and the return shipping costs ONLY if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached/provided with the returned item. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.

Certain items such as sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.

  • Made to Order aprons and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased in store cannot be returned to ImpressionsLyfe.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

Returns may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements within 5 days from the date of delivery to the Impressions return address listed below.

Please follow the return instructions below:

Return by mail:

  1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

  2. Print and include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email.

  3. Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.

  4. Once received in the warehouse, exchange credit will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your credit amount and information for use once the product is received and review has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable on clothing items.

Return in store:

  1. Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email.

  2. The merchandise must not be worn in order to make an exchange.
